Dermal Wound Care Solution
How
it Works | For Optimal Results
How
It Works:
Efficacy: Because Peviderm is a stable cation and this cation is strong
enough to kill many harmful bacteria, yet not damage healthy tissue.
PEVIDERM also has antioxidative properties and trace elements which
help bring a wound to closure. PEVIDERM is unique in that this formula
has found a way to get magnesium into the cell which acts on cellular
ATP, which is thought to help the cell get rid of toxins, thus helping
bring the wound to closure.Pain Control: PEVIDERM is an alkaline solution,
thus neutralizing the prevailing acid environment when cells are injured
and the pain signal is not easily sent to the brain, thus helping
reduce the pain.
Clinical Study: The wound solution: Using a cost-Effective
cleansing solution for the treatment of chronic wounds. By Dr.
John D. Young, B.A., M.P.A., M.D. Marshall University School of Medicine,
WVAbstract: In this study, eleven patients, with seventeen chronic
wounds or decubitus ulcers had their injuries cleaned with a solution
of sodium-sulfate-silicate-magnesium-calcium formulation twice daily
to see if their wounds would resolve faster than with conventional
treatment. The solution proved to be cost-effective and all eleven
(11) patients showed some to complete resolution of their wounds,
suggesting that PEVIDERM solution, used as a dermal wound cleanser,
may be useful as part of the wound care protocol.
